Restful Nights Start Here - for Children with Autism and Their Families
I offer bespoke sleep plans that advise families on how they can optimise their child's sleep environment, address sensory needs, lower anxiety and solve any sleep issues they are facing.
I help parents achieve happier restful lives, to feel empowered and supported through my simple steps of sleep solutions
Your Partner in Sleep Success

At DreamChaser, I specialise in tackling sleep challenges for SEN children.
I am here to support parents through every sleepless night.
Together, we can foster healthy sleep habits and transform bedtime into a peaceful experience.
Traditional sleep approaches do not work with neurodiverse children. My approach is a more sensitive, gentle and slower one. Autistic children's brains are wired differently and so need a suitable technique, just as anxious brains are on high alert and also need a a slower gentle method.
Working WITH parents maintains the child's autonomy as they know them better than anyone else. It is fruitless just giving a schedule to a parent to follow if it triggers a child or has steps that will be provoking.
Do you feel lost, frustrated, thinking you will never have a child that sleeps through?
Do you feel that sleep advice is too generic and aimed at neurotypical children?
Imagine having:
- A personal sleep plan;
- An understanding what sleep is;
- A gentle approach;
- Gentle changes;
- Research based advice;
- A calm bedtime;
- Strategies to handle night wakings;
- Increased energy levels;
- An understanding of what sleep is

Don't wait for that day to come
As your dedicated anxiety and autism sleep practitioner, my goal is to give you a bespoke and personalised sleep plan to support and empower you.
Custom Support
I tailor each sleep plan to each individual child. This ensures that the support I give is bespoke and works with your child's strengths and weaknesses.

Holistic Approach
I look at the whole sleep environment, address sensory needs, lower anxiety and solve any sleep issues that are occurring. I do not give generic advice.

Evidence Based
With a history in nursing, any advice I give will always be backed by research.
These are the methods proven to work and to be the best for the child and parent - it has to be comfortable for the family.

Hello, and pleased to meet you
My name is Louise.
I have 3 sons, 2 that are autistic.
I too have been like you in the midst of bedtime battles and unsure what to do.
Despite having the knowledge and skills from when I was health visitor on sleep management, I felt lost when dealing with autism sleep issues.
From completing a sleep practitioner course for professionals and then an anxiety and autism sleep specialist course I was able to turn my youngest son's sleep around from being nocturnal and awake all night to having a sleep inducing bedtime routine and him sleeping all night.
Everything I advise is research based and I understand perhaps more than an average sleep consultant would about SEN children and sleep.
